WHY WE HAVE CELLULITE
For cardio HIIT is the way to go. So short bursts of high intensity followed by lower and alternate for a period of time ranging from ten minutes to 20 minutes. This type of cardio will help to maintain muscle while burning calories and reducing fat.
IT TAKES WORK AND EFFORT
So there you have it. Like any goal in life you do need to work for it. There is no easy way out. But it’s worth the effort. It’s always worth the effort.
