The only way to reach your fitness goals or any other goal for that matter is to be considered weird, abnormal, not quite right in the eyes of your peers. Sounds “weird” right? Well it’s the truth.

THE ONLY WAY TO REACH YOUR GOALS

Truthfully you can’t reach your goals by doing the same thing everyone else is doing. Because you know what most other people are doing to reach their goals? NOTHING!! They talk about their goals. They may even write it down but when it comes to taking action they are “normal” in that they are not doing anything to accomplish their goals. Weird people take action. Abnormal people reach their goals and then “gasp” set new ones.
The real goal here is to be weird and not normal. Don’t be a sheep and follow others paths. Follow yours.  Be the person that everyone thinks is odd because they go to the gym five days a week. If your family or friends are asking why do you go the gym so much or telling you you are overdoing it or complaining that you never want to do anything fun(aka sit around and eat chips and drink beer or pop) then you are doing something right. Keep doing it. You are just simply reminding them that you are someone who achieves and they are not. And they don’t like it, They want you to be “normal”. Don’t.
Be the weirdo that gets up early in the morning and goes for a run before going to work. Normal people sleep in and come up with excuses not to work out. Weirdos find the time.
Weirdos get shit done. Be a weirdo..
