So in order to effectively lose weight, keep it off and look good in shorts and or a bikini or whatever you need to build muscle and do weight training very regularly every single week.
Does that mean you do no cardio at all? Sorry no you will also need to do cardio to burn calories and raise your heart rate plus it’s just plain good for you and your heart!

How often should you do weights? At least three times per week if not more and that also goes for cardio. Yes you can fit it in. You don’t need to spend hours and hours doing it but you need to do it.
