I have decided to write this blog on Starbucks and how to make those super yummy but very fattening and sugar laden drinks at Starbucks healthier and lower in calories and in fat and sugar. I decided this after I posted a fitness tip on Facebook about how you can make your Starbucks drinks lower calorie and it received some interest so I thought why not make an entire blog entry about it?
I am going to list the most popular drinks and what they have in terms of calories, fat and sugar and how you can make them healthier. Yay! I’m not going to say they taste exactly the same but pretty close. Some of them might taste less sugary and if that’s the case for you and you need more sugar, try something like Stevia to replace the sugar.
