I have been training people since the year 2000. I have helped alot of people lose weight, inches and fat. I have seen people be very successful at attaining their goals and then I have also seen people fail. And there is always one singular reason they fail. That one reason is low self esteem and not being able to picture in their minds the goal that they have set out for themselves. They simply just don’t think they are worth it.

HAPPINESS, SUPPORT, GOALS
Surround yourself with supportive people, if they are not supportive then ditch them for a while. I know, that sounds mean right? That’s because you think you are not worth supportive people.
