Well here we go again. The latest in weight loss aids that don’t work is the waist trainer. I’m just going to tell you like it is. I feel I have an obligation to call out all those scam artists who try to convince the public, namely you and women all over that you can lose weight if only you take this or wear that.  Women are always the target with these stupid things. And you know why? Because a lot of women fall for it. They have this idea that if you just sit there and sweat that they are going to lose weight. It doesn’t work like that. And this isn’t a matter of opinion. It is fact. You will not lose weight wearing a waist trainer.

YOU ARE NOT LOSING FAT WITH WAIST TRAINERS

The reason you feel like you may be losing fat is because the waist trainer cinches you in and you “feel” smaller. You also may have even gone as far as losing actual pounds. But those are water pounds. That is all. Your body will adjust itself and you will gain those pounds back relatively quickly.

EAT HEALTHY AND EXERCISE

Now if you are wearing a waist trainer while exercising and eating healthy then you will lose actual fat pounds. But that is NOT due to the waist trainer. This is due to the fact that you are exercising and eating better. It’s science that dictates whether you will lose fat or not. It is not some mystical thing. It’s plain old fashion Science. The reason people lose fat and weight is because they are either in taking less calories than before or burning them off with exercise or both. Those are the ONLY reasons anyone EVER loses weight or fat.

WAIST TRAINERS DONT WORK

Please do not use the waist trainer. It doesn’t work and it’s actually very bad for you. It restricts your breathing muscles and causes shortness of breath, even fainting. Your organs also get squished, specifically your liver and kidneys. Your ribs also press into your digestive organs. This can lead to heartburn and acid reflux and even stomach ulcers.

I will repeat myself. Do not use these waist trainers.THEY DON’T WORK! And are very dangerous!
